The Young Retailer of the Year program aims to identify and promote the next generation of young, aspiring independent home improvement leaders. This unique program brings together successful retailers from all wholesalers, giving the industry a one-of-a-kind opportunity to connect. It has honored nearly 200 distinguished retailers, highlighting the successes and accomplishments of emerging industry leaders. The Young Retailer of the Year program shines the spotlight on the future of the independent home improvement industry.
